I recently re-discovered H&M after not having shopping at or looking at them in many years. I was looking for flat shoes and ended on the H&M website. So I looked around and ended up placing an order and got a few things I am very happy with. I did order that blue striped blouse and also ordered it in white in a M size (I typically wear size M, sometimes S). The white looked thin and cheap. I did love the blue striped one, however, the arm holes as you mentioned are huge!! I ended up returning it along with the white one. I tried it on in a size S in the store and it fit a bit better in the arm holes. It was by no means too small, but I preferred the looser flowy fit in the M so I did not buy it in the S. It's a shame about the arm holes because I thought it was a really cute blouse and I really loved the stripes. It does look really cute on you! FYI - H&M has some really nice espadrille canvas flat shoes. i bought the black ones and because I liked them so much, I then ended up buying the cream ones.

You really suit the cut of M&S clothes. I'm a proper hourglass and their clothes just aren't cut for me. They have some very nice clothes in. I also find their bras an abysmal fit- can't understand when everyone says they get their underwear from M&S!

Hi. Just love the outfits you tried on. With the white blouse you could pair that with a pair of cinnamon coloured trousers that would look nice on you too. I haven’t seen those cardigans in my M&S store since spring. Not looked on the website Maybe will be in the autumn with the shirt dresses I bought mine from H&M and ASOS so have got 2 now in my wardrobe which is midaxi on me. I have to disagree. M&S have classy sophisticated clothes, far from granny style. If you prefer leggings and cropped tops then primark Hauls are for you😂

Thanks for showing us all that stuff! I have hair n head...my cap is from All Saints in an olive green which would look fab with your colouring and trench - not sure if they still have them as I bought mine last year. Good luck!

I got a cap that looks really similar to that one from Peacocks. It’s adjustable & I think it looks deeper than the M&S version, so maybe worth a try for you. Loved the yellow dress on you, by the way - it seemed to make your own colouring really pop.

no wonder m&s is doing more food now. putting a younger woman in granny's clothes doesn't make them anything other than granny's clothes.

I have the same dress sizing difficulty as you, narrower on the top than bottom. I found a solution - at least partially - on another UA-cam channel. Shoulder pads! Not those great big 1980s style you'd sew in though. These are quite small and thin, and fit under your bra strap with a velcro strip to hold it in place. UA-cam won't allow links, but if you ask Amazon for Prym Shoulder Pads hook and loop you should find them. They just give a little structure without being obvious, which helps with the fit without making me look like an American footballer. They've been a game changer for me.

Hiya Theses clothes you got from M&S are brilliant on you. It’s a pity that the green dress did not fit you as I love green myself. I bought a mint green skirt from there ani paired that with a fawn blouse in a change from white but I could use these with a few colours. As far as the hat try H&M as caps vary from shop to shop. Those belts are brilliant and don’t pay and arm and a leg for them All the best x

You actually do suit the yellow colour, more so than the green. I think the yellow dress looked really nice on you.👍
